Yes YOU!!!!! YOU are great for coming out this year under extreme conditions!!! Thank you so much!!! (even if you didn't make it this year here's some info you need to know!) Chemo Sabe is proud to have you as part of our beginnings. Many charities we love are already quite established, but you can say you are helping launch one! After the last two years of setting up our legal and foundational underpinnings, we are now poised to enact our mission: out and about. YOU helped us buy our new sound system! YOU helped us keep our lights on! YOU helped us get accepted as a 501-c3 by the IRS. YOU helped us make life more lovely for those in treatment for cancer YOU helped us keep the lights on for Dan Harr- writer of Nashville Music News- while he under-went chemo. YOU helped us record and create beautiful music CD's for people in chemo-therapy @ The Cancer Resource Center YOU are helping us grow Texas Songwriters in the Round, another fund-raising channel to support our mission YOU helped us get from one end of Texas to the other- gaining momentum towards our goals. YOU helped us become famous all over this great state so we can have maximum visibility, giving us opportunities to grow. The next few months will be crucial as we develop our brochures and programs to highlight our mission, get out to several non-profit venues and distribute our materials to the public. We also have some openings to perform at other cancer fund-raisers to help other cancer charities using great musicians to spread the word. THANKS AGAIN!!! The Great Castell Kayak Race is a family event sponsored by many Texas businesses
that raises money for Chemo Sabe a 510c-3 cancer resource service.
This race started in 2003 and is the biggest Kayak Race in Texas!
